Still a one day format in 2008. John & Pam travelled all the way from Carlisle to take the winners trophy by beating Bill & Sas 2-1 in the Final. This now being Bill & Sas's 3rd time as runner up in this competition and never yet won it.

Other notable performances were;

Spider & Angela Stott beating the eventual winners John Duncan & Pam Hind in the 1st half Quarter Final entry 2-0. An excellent game.

Bill Hoskins & Sas Bode beat David Dougle & 2011 winner Lorraine Green 2-1 in the first half Quarter Final.

Bill & Sas beat Spider & Angela 2-1 in the 1st half Semi-Final with Bill hitting a 180.
